Get in Shape in August with Fitness First - The Apartments at CityCenter
We are proud to offer Fitness First classes at the Apartments at CityCenter. Every month we bring you a different variety of classes and instructors to try out, and August is no exception. Here is what you have to look forward to this month!
• Kick Your Way into Gear
Wednesday, Aug. 5 at 7 p.m. in the FitnessCenter. This class, hosted by Seringe Mbow, is an all-level kick boxing class that combines yoga and core building exercises designed to burn calories, enhance your muscles and tone your body!
• Core & More
Wednesday, Aug. 12 at 7 p.m. in the Yoga Studio. This class, hosted by Body & Brain, is an all-level class for those who would like to relieve tension in their muscles and relieve stress in their body. Relax your mind and meet your neighbors!
• Walk 2 Fitness
Sunday, Aug. 16 at 10 a.m. at the entrance of the FitnessCenter. This class is hosted by Project Fitness. Join Chickaro on a fitness walk to the beautiful city monuments surrounding our community. Enjoy the sights while walking to improve your strength, increase weight loss and strengthen your leg muscles. Plus meet your neighbors and take in our gorgeous city. Please bring water and a friend for double the fun! Meet at the entrance of the FitnessCenter.
• All In!
Sunday, Aug. 23 at 12 p.m. in the FitnessCenter. Hosted by High Level Training-Reggie Stovell, this medium to high intensity class will challenge you in ways like never before. Bring your “A” game and be prepared to go “All In” for a full body workout! Please bring water and a towel.
