Happy Autumn to our residents at The Apartments at CityCenter

Running late for a meeting?  Needing that extra warm drink before you hit the streets?   Our Starbucks Coffee machine, 2nd floor near the cyber café,  has arrived and our dedicated coffee service will begin soon.  We strive to make our residents life as comfortable and convenient as possible and we hope this extra “coffee service” will be something you enjoy. Stay tuned for the launch date. Our penthouse residents will have coffee service on their floor near the elevator for that extra added convenience.

To keep your mornings running smoothly and to make sure you are informed, we also have newspapers at the concierge lobby for our residents that want to sip and read to catch up on the morning news . The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post are usually at the concierge area for reading.    For those that subscribe to newspapers we, of course will deliver to your door.

Dog bone treats are available in the morning for our special pet residents.  Feel free to grab a few each day as we love having our special four-legged residents in our building and want them to feel special too. Be sure to introduce them to our concierge as we may just snap a photo and feature them in this blog post.

Many of our residents are also using UBER for their transportation. If you are using UBER please let us know how you are liking it.  Don’t know about UBER? You can check it out here. https://www.uber.com

Zaytinya

The District of Columbia is a foodie’s paradise. Mouthwatering menus and enchanting ambiances are the rule of thumb. The eclectic mix of cultures and nationalities in this city make for exotic offerings and exciting twists traditional favorites. It would almost seem as if a new restaurant, café or bar is popping up every day. Some establishments are the fruition of lifelong dreams, while others act as experiments and extensions of already thriving brands. Renewed Chef Jose Andres is the owner of one of the more successful brands in the city, ThinkFoodGroup. The company operates seven establishments within the district: Jaleo, Oyamel, Minibar, Barmini, Pepe, America Eats and Zaytinya. Each with a different concept and price point, the ThinkFoodGroup never disappoints.
