Zanante who goes by just “Zan” arrived in DC about 3 years ago and still loves finding new places to discover across the city. He grew up in beautiful North Carolina right outside of Charlotte before moving to DC. His unusual name came from both his father and grandfather’s family from Croatia, and if he has a son he will be passing it along too.

What is Zan looking forward to?

“I’m certainly looking forward to getting to know the residents here at CityCenter the most. We have such a great diversity of amazing residents that I truly believe, we will never see a dull moment!”

For upcoming plans….
“We certainly are looking forward to our “May BBQ” event. I hope to carry on Daniel’s tradition of fantastic resident events where our residents can come together and continue to make the Apartments at CityCenter a true community.”

Zan would love to meet each and everyone one of our residents. Stop by the 825 front desk to say “hello.”

Celebrating Earth Day in DC and at The Apartments at CityCenter.

April brings the celebration of Spring and Mother Earth.

Gaylord Nelson, a United States Senator, created Earth Day in 1970. The first edition of the holiday celebration drew over 20 million enthusiastic, eco-conscious revelers. Earth Day is celebrated by over one billion people in nearly 200 countries. In America, there’s no better place with a healthier list of Earth Day events than the nation’s capital. Events take place throughout the month of April.
